Direct entry or trainee programs: There are basically two ways to begin your career at HOCHTIEF. Direct entry is for skilled young individuals who know exactly where their interests and abilities lie. After an intensive orientation phase, you’ll quickly be given your own responsibilities. From day one, you will experience real working life: at your branch or department, with your daily tasks and your projects. And you will bear responsibility right from the start.
Our trainee programs feature individually planned job rotations that allow you to gain good insights into various areas and other business areas throughout the company. We integrate you directly into our teams and into various fields of work. In this way, you get the chance to actively cooperate on challenging interdisciplinary national and international projects.
You’ll establish contacts with key partners—your professional network of tomorrow. This will optimally prepare you for your target position.
Are you looking to gain international experience? HOCHTIEF generates a large portion of its sales abroad, so we’re always looking for employees with international experience to work at our construction sites and in our projects around the world. We generally offer international assignments as part of our entry-level programs. These assignments are planned in close cooperation with you.
