HOCHTIEF to build office park in Wroclaw for EUR 84 million

Buildings will be constructed to meet LEED Platinum standard and are scheduled for completion in 2019

HOCHTIEF Polska as general contractor will build an office park comprising six buildings in Wroclaw. The project developer and client is Vastint Poland Sp. z o.o. The project has a contract volume of around EUR 84 million and is scheduled for completion in November 2019.

"We are delighted to be able, with this contract, to continue the successful cooperation with our client Vastint for whom we already realized a similar large-scale project in Warsaw from 2011 to 2016. Poland is a successful and strategically important market for HOCHTIEF," says Henryk Liszka, CEO of HOCHTIEF Polska.

With the office park Business Garden Wroc?aw HOCHTIEF will erect a 15-story high-rise and five 7-story buildings on a total area of more than 130,000 square meters in Wroclaw. An underground car park will be provided for each building. On total, 1,100 parking spaces will be created with the project. The project will be realized in line with the LEED Platinum sustainability standard.
