The 177 Pacific Highway building has a lot to offer in this respect: 5 stars in the Australian “Green Star” rating and 5.5 stars in the NABERS Energy Rating. But the office tower, which was built by CIMIC, also looks great: In the skyline of North Sydney, one of the largest and most dynamic business districts in the city, it is a real highlight with its 30 floors.
