HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft: Retirement of Dr. Herbert Lütkestratkötter from the Executive Board as of May 12, 2011 / Election of Dr. Frank Stieler as new Chairman of the Executive Board

The Chairman of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF, Dr. Herbert Lütkestratkötter, will retire from the HOCHTIEF Executive Board as of the end of the General Shareholders‘ Meeting of the company on May 12, 2011 by mutual agreement on the basis of a separation agreement concluded by the Supervisory Board with him today.

The Supervisory Board has elected Dr. Frank Stieler as Chairman of the Executive Board of the company as of the end of the company’s General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 12, 2011. Dr. Stieler has been a member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft since March 2009. He heads the newly created HOCHTIEF Europe division.
