Commerzbank Tower, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

Premiere: At 259 meters, the Commerzbank Tower built by HOCHTIEF towers above the Frankfurt skyline. Designed according to a climate- and environment-friendly concept, the skyscraper received the "Green Building Frankfurt" award in 2009. When it opened in 1997, it was the world's first "green" skyscraper.
